Family Nurse Practitioner Ashley Hundelt Joins Millstadt Medical Center


Southern Illinois Healthcare Foundation (SIHF) is pleased to announce that Ashley Hundelt, Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC) has joined the Family Medicine team at Millstadt Medical Center, 60 Regency Place in Millstadt, Ill. Hundelt, who has eight years of experience in the medical field, provides preventative care services for patients of all ages and offers treatment for acute health conditions.

Sara Salger Receives Award From National Academy of Personal Injury Attorneys


Gori Julian & Associates, P.C., today announced that Sara Salger was selected to receive an award from National Academy of Personal Injury Attorneys. Salger was also selected by the committee for the Top 10 Under 40 in the State of Illinois.

The National Academy of Personal Injury Attorneys (NAOPIA) is an organization devoted to recognizing the top Personal Injury attorneys in the nation. The National Academy of Personal Injury Attorneys uses a thorough selection process to select the top personal injury attorneys in each state.

The NAOPIA chooses the recipient from those nominated by a licensed practicing attorney or an in-house research staff member, then they verify the nominated individual to ensure they meet the minimum requirements of membership. The committee then selects a portion of the nominated attorneys to advance to the Board of Governors, selecting the Top 10 in each state.

Dunkin’ Donuts of O’Fallon Hosts ‘Coffee with a Cop’

IMG 9081The new Dunkin’ Donuts in O’Fallon, Mo. hosted the O’Fallon Police Department “Coffee with a Cop” event on Sat., March 25, 2017. This event gave local citizens the opportunity to chat with officers, voice concerns and learn more about the department’s work in their neighborhood.

“We’re proud to host an event that brings together police officers and the community members they serve,” said Keith Patel, franchise owner of Dunkin’ Donuts of O’Fallon, Mo. “We encouraged our guests and the community to enjoy good conversation with their local police officers over a cup of our coffee.”

“Coffee with a Cop” is a national initiative supported by the United States Department of Justice, Office of Community Oriented Policing Services.  “Coffee with a Cop” helps police build a relationship with citizens in an informal setting with no agenda or speeches, just casual conversation. Similar events are held across the country, as local police departments strive to make lasting connections with the communities they serve.
