Responsibilities:
1. Website Content Creation:
- Develop clear and concise website content that aligns with clients' branding, target audience, and marketing objectives.
- Conduct thorough research to understand clients' industries, competitors, and target markets.
- Write compelling copy for web pages, blog posts, landing pages, and other digital assets.
- Researching complex topics and writing about them at the appropriate audience reading level
- Optimize content for search engine visibility and user experience, adhering to best practices and SEO guidelines.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather necessary information and ensure content accuracy.
2. Project Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring effective communication and understanding of project requirements.
- Define project scopes, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and internal teams.
- Create project plans, schedules, and budgets, tracking progress and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Conduct regular project meetings, providing updates, addressing concerns, and managing client expectations.
- Conduct quality assurance checks on deliverables, ensuring adherence to project requirements and client satisfaction.
3. Client Relationship Management:
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor and point of contact.
- Understand clients' business goals, challenges, and opportunities to provide strategic guidance.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance clients' websites and digital marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with clients on content revisions, ensuring their feedback is incorporated effectively.
- Seek client feedback, measure satisfaction levels, and implement improvement strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Proven experience in website content writing, preferably in a marketing or agency environment.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices for website content optimization.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a keen eye for grammar and spelling.
- Demonstrated experience in project management, including planning, organizing, and coordinating complex projects.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams.
- Detail-oriented mindset, ensuring accuracy and consistency in all deliverables.
