Signature Medical Group approached us in need of a partner to work with its internal marketing team, which recently had a large staff reduction.
Our initial role was to assist in the creation and execution of a new consolidation brand of the five St. Louis area orthopedic practices that included 13 locations and dozens of providers with multiple subspecialties. We were given a very short timeline and produced hundreds of assets for the health group, all within deadline.
This partnership grew to an ongoing retainer that has been instrumental to the success of the entire organization, which includes 26 practices in Missouri and Kansas.
The consolidation of the orthopedics’ brand included KMOV TV commercials, KMOX radio commercials, a multi-location billboard campaign, website style updates, and all signage and print collateral associated with the practice.
We currently manage all of their Google Ads campaigns to drive patients to their practices.
As consultants to the practice, we work with the marketing team and all upper management, including the Marketing Director, CEO, Legal, IT and Operations.
Rebranding campaign won a national advertising award.
