Marketing Services for Regional Healthcare Network in Southern Illinois

SIHF Healthcare, a regional FQHC, came to us seeking a full-service marketing firm to complete a rebranding project that was already in progress. After the rebrand, we stepped in as the Agency of Record, working alongside the marketing director to implement day-to-day marketing programs.
By working with SIHF Healthcare, we support an organization that provides valuable services to an underserved population. We are most proud of our ability to respond at a moment's notice, even more so as procedures and protocols changed during 2020 and 2021. From quick-turn press releases to creating and deploying COVID-19 campaigns, we have adapted to the fast-paced work environment that comes with the pandemic.

The Rebrand Results

SIHF has over 30 locations, which at the beginning of our relationship, operated independently all having individual names and branding. We have implemented a rebrand to bring all locations under a single brand. We have developed over 3,000 marketing pieces.
Since May 2020, we have acquired/created listings for 28 SIHF locations. We have increased overall Google reviews from 170 reviews with a 2.59 average Google star rating to 3,451 reviews with a 4.7 average star rating.
