Here we have a different group of kids, they have a different set of needs, and so do their families, and we're able to be there for them in a holistic way. And that's one thing that I really like about this environment in this program, is that, you know, when they leave us, they, you know, Hi, how are you in the grocery store, and they, you know, they remember those things, and they still talk about some of the things that we've helped them with, for a lot of our kids, they've been in a lot of different settings, and some of them feel like people have given up on them. And here that's just not that's not what we do.

It's not always when students come here at first, it's kind of like, oh, my gosh, here I am at the school not okay, what can I do now. So they're kind of already down on themselves a little bit. And so it's really, we got to find that motivation in them, and then when they find that motivation, their parents can see all the good things they're doing at home, as well as at school.
Unknown Speaker 2:03
I know that the younger kids who are just come in, they probably look up to me, and I don't want to lead them wrong. So I try to be good. And I try like to keep everyone on track. Even the kids my age, I told him like we got two young kids looking at us and we can mistake we can't do anything wrong because they go do it and they go think it's okay. You know, take that chance take that risk. I did.

the main goal of our firm is just to get the best results for our client. Everyone works really hard in pursuit of this common goal to do the best we can. And I feel like that really stands out.
Unknown Speaker 0:23
So the Gori Law Firm, they are big with over 200 employees, but they also give you a, a small, intimate feel as an employee, you have a great working relationship with your peers, as well as anybody above you on the attorney or management level.
Unknown Speaker 0:41
It's very casual, very relaxed, open door policy - supervisors and above, you can go speak to anybody at any time.
Unknown Speaker 0:49
One of the best things about the firm is the flexibility that we're offered. We all work really hard, but the powers that be know that our families and our lives are important too. And they really allow us the opportunity to work hard, but also take care of our other responsibilities.
Unknown Speaker 1:05
Just having that work life balance. And still maintaining the high level for your clients is kind of something that they strive on.
Unknown Speaker 1:13
You can start in at an entry level position and work your way up and learn so much and continue to grow over the years.
Unknown Speaker 1:21
I think the gray law firm stands out from other firms because we very much act as a team but we are valued as individuals. We are appreciated for all of our work and are respected above all.
Unknown Speaker 1:35
The flexible schedule that they offer, and the healthcare benefits and reimbursements are the best that I've ever heard of. Although we're a very large firm with many different departments in various locations all over the US, we all strive to reach one common goal and that is the commitment to our clients.

Well, you know, as the guys at Touchette Regional come down, and you know, the barber shops back, we had kids that come in fresh out of school, maybe haven't ate lunch yet. And then Touchette, guys come down, man, just bright smiles come in, you know what I'm saying, and everybody's just so friendly and just, you know, gives up as much as people want, you know, so it really brings a good impact on the community, just by the presence of a smile by itself. But let alone not even just the products that they bring hand sanitizer, bottles of waters, sandwiches, burritos, and I'm talking about the best stuff.
Unknown Speaker 0:39
Half the time, you got to worry about where to go eat, because a lot of people sit up here and wait on y'all to come. You know, they know y'all come in, at a certain time. Ya'll, pretty much on schedule, like the child giving out fresh items, you know, they give you fresh apples, fresh fruit, you know, lettuce, you know, it ain't just like, all canned.
Unknown Speaker 0:58
They come over, you know, and give us food here and to the community. There. Everybody come here, we'd be happy smiling. And there and they be nice, you know, we be nice with us, you know, we like them.
Unknown Speaker 1:13
It's like heaven sent, You know what I'm saying when somebody can come in and just give you that beautiful smile and just best with all these good things and give you a good smile, just on the way out the door.
Unknown Speaker 1:25
There's a 40% food insufficiency in this community. This is a food desert, you're unable to buy an apple or an orange or fresh fruits in the immediate vicinity of our hospital. So this is an opportunity for us to go out on bicycles and serve those in our neighborhoods.
Unknown Speaker 1:51
We still got some work to do, you know, as we build up or clean up, you know, I'm saying, but besides that, that's a good neighborhood. And I can really appreciate Touchette for their open arms and they keep up the good work. Because like I said, we all love them how they come out and talk to us more. The best part about working for Touchette is really the sense of family we have here. We're a stronger community because of it. And we can provide a more personalized care to the patients and the community we serve. What keeps me coming to work each day is helping other people, you get a lot of enjoyment and a lot of fulfillment out of helping people, making them feel better people come in here, you know, in pain, a lot of times life threatening events going on, and getting to help them through those troubles is really rewarding. Since we're, you know, so close to St. Louis, you have the opportunity to see a wide variety of patients from all walks of life. So what's really great about Touchette is the the people you work with, we have a very, you know, team oriented approach in the emergency room, we all help each other out. So to work for this organization - Five words would be sense a community sense a family we definitely have our exciting times would be one of them. It's a great learning opportunity. And it's a very caring community. I've been working for Touchette, for the last 10 years, I started out you know, as a file clerk actually working in the warehouse and then moved up to working in bed surge. And then I worked in ICU and then I came down to the emergency room about five years ago and I've been there since that time. Generally what inspires me you have the patient that came in in really bad shape, didn't you do whatever you can do to help them and then they come back in a couple months later or a couple of days later, whatever it is, and they're, they're okay, and they're very thankful. And that's really rewarding and makes you feel good about what you do. My name is George Cepicky. I'm a nurse in the emergency department at Touchette Regional Hospital and I choose to work here

My name is Philip Speicher. I am a shareholder at Mathis, Marifian & Richter. I got my law degree and my master's in tax from Washington University in St. Louis. I practice primarily in federal tax law and in business transactional mergers and acquisitions. I discovered pretty early on in law school that I had an aptitude for federal tax law. And it's a very interesting area of the law. And so I decided that that would be a career that I'd like to pursue. I work with clients primarily when they get audited by the IRS either businesses or individuals, I defend them in their IRS audits and tax litigation. It's very important to have an attorney who is knowledgeable enough and professional enough to achieve the results that are needed for the client. But it's equally important to have an attorney who cares enough about the client and the client's situation to be personally invested in the outcome in order to give it their best effort.
