CYHS is a nonprofit social service agency that addresses the needs for youth and family services throughout Madison County. They came to us seeking a branding video that serves as a testimonial to the work they are doing and the families they are serving. For the video, we conducted interviews with CYHS students, parents and personnel to help share the organization's impactful and inspiring story.

Here we have a different group of kids, they have a different set of needs, and so do their families, and we're able to be there for them in a holistic way. And that's one thing that I really like about this environment in this program, is that, you know, when they leave us, they, you know, Hi, how are you in the grocery store, and they, you know, they remember those things, and they still talk about some of the things that we've helped them with, for a lot of our kids, they've been in a lot of different settings, and some of them feel like people have given up on them. And here that's just not that's not what we do.

Leadership Council Southwestern Illinois hired us to create a video that promoted the region for site selectors for economic development. The video highlights the top industries, the great location and ability to grow and live.

The Gori Law Firm is one of the leading asbestos litigation firms in the country. With offices throughout the St. Louis Metropolitan region and in D.C., New Orleans, LA, New York and Orlando, the firm was looking for ways to recruit new employees. We created this employee testimonial video with the goal of highlighting all of the perks of working at the firm. During the video shoot, we interviewed multiple employees at various office locations.

In the midst of COVID-19, Touchette Bicycle Food Mission was created to address food disparity in the East St. Louis and Centreville communities, known food deserts. To announce their one year anniversary and attract new volunteers and donors, we created this branding video to tell the story of the impactful work the Mission has done in its local communities.

And then Touchette, guys come down, man, just bright smiles come in, you know what I'm saying, and everybody's just so friendly and just, you know, gives up as much as people want, you know, so it really brings a good impact on the community, just by the presence of a smile by itself. But let alone not even just the products that they bring hand sanitizer, bottles of waters, sandwiches, burritos, and I'm talking about the best stuff.

As a recruitment effort, we worked with Touchette Regional Hospital to develop a series of employee testimonial videos. In the series, we interviewed hospital employees from different departments, asking what they enjoy most about their careers at Touchette.

The best part for me for working for Touchette Regional Hospital is that I have the opportunity to make a difference. I change directly. My opportunity to make a difference encompasses, patients, visitors, employees, staff, I make a difference with everything that I do every day. It impacts the community, family, every area of our lives. So and I'm given that opportunity by working in this environment. What keeps me coming back is I matter. I am not just a number. I matter. What I do matters. The work that I do matters. It impacts. So that keeps me back. Because it's a sense of empowerment, and making a difference. I started here as a secretary, part time, and I have moved up to senior management. So you have opportunities to grow, develop, and change people's live. It gives you a sense of purpose. I've been working here at Touchette now for 18 years, and I think the event that inspired me the most working at Touchette was the opportunity that was given. We have a Christmas program where we care for families in the community. And one of our outings, I was allowed to go and actually meet the family and give the Christmas gifts sponsored by the hospital. How their family was impacted by what a hospital did for their family. In their gratefulness. It was inspiring to me. I am Carolyn Riddle. I am a senior manager of materials management, and I choose to work for Touchette Regional Hospital.

The best part about working for Touchette is really the sense of family we have here. We're a stronger community because of it. And we can provide a more personalized care to the patients and the community we serve. What keeps me coming to work each day is helping other people, you get a lot of enjoyment and a lot of fulfillment out of helping people, making them feel better people come in here, you know, in pain, a lot of times life threatening events going on, and getting to help them through those troubles is really rewarding. Since we're, you know, so close to St. Louis, you have the opportunity to see a wide variety of patients from all walks of life. So what's really great about Touchette is the the people you work with, we have a very, you know, team oriented approach in the emergency room, we all help each other out. I've been working for Touchette, for the last 10 years, I started out you know, as a file clerk actually working in the warehouse and then moved up to working in bed surge. And then I worked in ICU and then I came down to the emergency room about five years ago and I've been there since that time. Generally what inspires me you have the patient that came in in really bad shape, didn't you do whatever you can do to help them and then they come back in a couple months later or a couple of days later, whatever it is, and they're, they're okay, and they're very thankful. For me, the best part of working for Touchette Regional Hospital is the family environment. Now everybody know everybody, I'm not just a number. What keeps me coming here is the, you know, our, our mission. I like working here because we care for the community. And we're here to serve the community. I started as an x ray tech. From there, I became a CT Tech, I also had the opportunity to learn MRI. And I think it's a lot of opportunity here, you know, even though we're a smaller type of environment, but you know, you get the attention, you know, you you're able to talk to your managers, you're even people in the upper management, and you know, they listen to you, when I think of Touchette these five word comes to mind - family, community, caring, opportunity, and fun. I've been here now, almost 14 years, and what inspires me, it's, it's the patients, and all the employees, you know, that staff, because everybody comes, comes to work, and you know, everybody's always helpful. I remember I had this one patient, and she gave me a card during the holidays, and she said, you know, she just said thank you for you know, for your work, and that really inspires me. And just a little bit after that she, you know, she passed away, and I still get the card and that inspires me to keep coming back. I'm Matthew Quan. We created this employment recruitment video for NOTS Logistics, a supply chain solutions company, to help them attract qualified workers to apply to join their growing team. For the video, we interviewed multiple employees in different divisions at their Nashville, Ill. location. Each interviewee answered what working at NOTS Logistics means to them. Then, we utilized the video on their website and in a social media advertising campaign.

My personal thing is the March of Dimes that touched me the most. Me and my family, we had to we had twin boys. So we lost one in the NICU. For these employee spotlight videos, we interviewed each of the attorneys at the firm's Belleville and Edwardsville law offices to introduce them, their specialties of law that they practice and their involvement in the community.

My name is Philip Speicher. I am a shareholder at Mathis, Marifian & Richter. I got my law degree and my master's in tax from Washington University in St. Louis. I practice primarily in federal tax law and in business transactional mergers and acquisitions. I discovered pretty early on in law school that I had an aptitude for federal tax law. And it's a very interesting area of the law. And so I decided that that would be a career that I'd like to pursue. I work with clients primarily when they get audited by the IRS either businesses or individuals, I defend them in their IRS audits and tax litigation. It's very important to have an attorney who is knowledgeable enough and professional enough to achieve the results that are needed for the client. But it's equally important to have an attorney who cares enough about the client and the client's situation to be personally invested in the outcome in order to give it their best effort.

The purpose of this video was to tell a story of why the Metro-East region is such a great place to live and work in. For the branding video, we traveled around the different counties and communities to film content of local businesses, parks, attractions and monuments. We drafted the script and worked with a local voice-over actor to produce the narration.
