Show Me St. Louis recently interviewed Laura Reed with Cork Tree Creative and Jay Tebbe of the Belleville News Democrat, highlighting some of the best features of the Metro-East and the “Get to know m.e.” campaign. The "Get to know m.e." campaign was launched to help everyone in the Metro-East get to know their community better, the people who live and work here and the many attractions available for families, businesses and visitors. Year-round festivals, fantastic restaurants, and one-of-a-kind shopping destinations are just a few of the reasons people that live in the Metro-East want you to learn more about the many things that make living here so special.
Edwardsville-based marketing and public relations firm, Cork Tree Creative, has been working with the leaders of this campaign initiative since it’s inception. Various businesses in the Metro-East have teamed together to organize and fund this comprehensive, positive-image marketing campaign, helping fund visible projects that will help make the Illinois communities even stronger.
