Paid Time Off (PTO)

We offer 15 days of PTO to start out and the chance to earn 20 after six years! Add in 9 fixed, paid holidays, plus an additional floating holiday, to celebrate and take care of what matters to you.

We’re all about flexibility here. In addition to a hybrid work schedule, where we work from home on Mondays and Fridays, we also offer flextime. You pick your daily schedule, with some parameters, so you can balance work and life.

We have offices in both Edwardsville and St. Louis so depending on where you live, you can choose to work in either location. Both have their own built in benefits but we allow you to choose whichever option allows for the best collaboration with team members.
