We are seeking a highly motivated Salesperson to join our marketing and public relations firm. The Salesperson will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and closing deals. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of achieving sales targets and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities for the firm by actively prospecting and networking
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients through consistent follow-ups and communication
- Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the firm's services and capabilities
- Understand the clients' needs and goals, and develop tailored solutions to meet their requirements
- Write proposals and negotiate contracts and pricing with clients and close deals to achieve sales targets
- Work with the account manager or account team to effectively communicate the new clients' agreed upon services for onboarding
- Collaborate with the marketing and public relations team to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and new business opportunities
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a salesperson, preferably in the marketing and public relations industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the firm's services and capabilities
- Strong negotiation and sales closing skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to understand clients' needs and develop tailored solutions
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field
